PROPOSED DEDICATION OF ROAD RESERVE F25 – RATCLIFFE ROAD

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Shire of Dardanup is considering a proposal to support the excision and dedication of a new road that will create an extension of Ratcliffe Road through to Lot 2(343) Ratcliffe Road along an existing track through state forest. The road has been upgraded to the standards and satisfaction of the Shire by the applicant.
The Shire of Dardanup is requesting comment to assist in determining whether to proceed with the road dedication.
Plans setting out the area affected by the proposed dedication may be inspected at the Council Offices – 3 Little Street, Dardanup and 1 Council Drive, Eaton during normal office hours or on the Shire website at the
