Is Tronox Spring Out free?
All activities, amusements and entertainment is completely FREE at Tronox Spring Out. There is no entry fee or bookings required. This FREE community event is provided by the Shire of Dardanup with support from Tronox to provide an affordable and fun day out for families.
The only costs associated with the event are the optional purchase of food or beverages from attending food trucks and purchase of goods from market stalls. Tronox Spring Out 2025 is the second year in which a Market Stall section has been included, following on from the success of this initiative in 2024. This addition comes from community feedback provided on previous Tronox Spring Out post-event surveys.
Instagram giveaway terms and condtions
Eligibility
- Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
- Employees, councillors, and immediate family members of the Shire of Dardanup are not eligible to enter.
How to enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following via Instagram:
- Tag at least one friend in the official giveaway post.
- Share the giveaway post to their Instagram story.
- Follow the Shire of Dardanup Instagram page (if not already following).
Entry period
- The giveaway opens on the date of posting.
- Entries close at 11pm AWST on Sunday, 5 October 2025.
Prizes
- Prize 1: 4x tickets to a Fremantle Dockers AFLW game of your choice at Fremantle Community Bank Oval and 4x tickets to the Perth Zoo.
- Prize 2: 4x tickets to the Perth Zoo.
- Prize 3: 1x $50 Eaton Fair gift voucher.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Winner selection and notification
- Winners will be randomly drawn after the giveaway closes.
- Winners will be announced by tagging them in the comments of the giveaway post prior to Thursday, 9 October 2025.
- Winners must direct message the Shire of Dardanup Instagram page within 72 hours to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another entrant.
General conditions
- The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms.
- By entering, participants grant the Shire of Dardanup permission to use their Instagram handle for the purpose of announcing the winners.
- The promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or issues outside of its control that may impact entry.
- The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Are dogs allowed?
Friendly dogs are allowed and welcome at Tronox Spring Out 2025. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times during the event and dog owners are expected to clean up after their dogs.
Is there a lost children procedure?
Yes, the Shire of Dardanup has implemented a lost child procedure. If you have children, please visit the Shire of Dardanup information desk upon entering the event and your child will be provided with a wrist band and your contact details will be recorded. If you’re child is found unattended and is wearing a wrist band you will be contacted immediately. If you cannot locate your child at any point throughout the event, please notify one of the event staff members or the Shire of Dardanup information desk immediately.

What facilities are available?
Toilet facilities are available at the Eaton Foreshore. Attendees are also encouraged to bring their water bottles and refill at the water bottle station.
Please help keep our beautiful reserve clean by placing your rubbish in the correct waste, recycling and FOGO bins provided throughout the event.
Sunscreen, hand sanitizer and mosquito repellent are also available throughout the event.
