Interactive E-Learning Tables

Have you tried out the Interactive Touch E-Learning Tables at the Eaton Library?

Designed to encourage fun, collaborative and interactive learning - the multi-touch, multi-user table uses e-Learning apps to build communication, literacy and creativity skills.

The Shire of Dardanup received a Better Beginnings Family Literacy Grant from the State Library of Western Australia which provided funds to purchase the tables in 2024.

The e-learning tables were then installed in the Eaton Library when the new Shire of Dardanup Library, Administration and Community Building opened to the public in May 2024.

Later that year, the Shire partnered with local game developer Intr Studio to create a custom app for the tables. This app features an interactive Shire of Dardanup map, where children can explore local landmarks, watch videos, and enjoy gnome-themed games that teach them about the region’s history and culture in a fun and engaging way.

This initiative was made possible with support from the State Government of Western Australia and State Library of Western Australia through the Better Beginnings Program.
