Tenders and purchasing

The Shire of Dardanup welcomes opportunities to work with suppliers, contractors and service providers. Whether you are responding to a tender, seeking quotation opportunities or looking to become a preferred supplier, the information below outlines the Shire's procurement processes and how to register for upcoming opportunities.

Tenders (generally purchases greater than $250,000)

Request for Tenders (RFT), pre-qualified supplier panels and expressions of interest etc are advertised on the Shire’s tender portal Tenderlink. Documentation must be obtained by registering your details at www.tenderlink.com/dardanup/.  Tenders are also publicly advertised in the West Australian newspaper in the Local Government section of the Classifieds.

Quotations (generally purchases less than $250,000)

The Shire of Dardanup generally uses VendorPanel e-Quotes for purchases less than $250,000.

Registration is simple and cost free. To have your business included on VendorPanel Marketplace, all you need to do is sign up and create a profile. When opportunities arise that fit with your business category you will appear as a relevant supplier and may be invited to quote via email.
