PROPOSED LOCAL STRUCTURE PLAN – ‘PRECINCT 2, PRESTON INDUSTRIAL PARK (NORTHERN PRECINCT)’
AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Dardanup has received a proposed Structure Plan for Precinct 2 of the Preston Industrial Park (Northern Precinct). The proposed Structure Plan will guide the future industrial development of the above mentioned lot.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the Structure Plan may be viewed at Council Offices – 3 Little Street, Dardanup and 1 Council Drive, Eaton or on the Shire’s website at: https://www.dardanup.wa.gov.au/public
notices/ .
Submissions on the Structure Plan are to include the Structure Plan name (“Precinct 2 Preston Industrial Park”), the property affected and details of the submission. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and must be submitted in writing to Shire of Dardanup, PO Box 7016, EATON WA 6232 or via email to records@dardanup.wa.gov.au no later than 4.00pm on 5 November 2026.
When making a submission please be aware that your name and address details may be included in a Council report which is available to the public. Please also note that submissions may be subject to applications for access under the Freedom of Information Act 1992.
This Structure Plan is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that formal support will be granted.
