YouthFest is back for 2026 — and it’s bigger, louder and more creative than ever.

Now in its fifth year, YouthFest celebrates young people and youth culture through initiatives designed by youth, for youth, led by the Shire of Dardanup’s Youth Advisory Group.

Expect a high-energy day packed with skate action, live music, hands-on activities, food trucks and heaps of free things to see and do.

What’s on

There’s something happening everywhere you look:

🛹 Freestyle Now skate park competition – Watch local riders show off their skills or sign up yourself for a chance to take home up to $1,500 worth of prizes!

🚚 iNSTRUCTA Truck – Transafe WA – Jump inside this interactive VR road safety experience and discover road safety on a whole new level! 
🛍️ Youth makers market – Check out creative stalls run by young makers and entrepreneurs.

📸 Snap 360 - Capture the day with a 360-podium video booth with you and your friends. 
🍔 Food trucks – Grab something tasty and refuel between activities.

⛳ Golf WA Giant Inflatable Target Practice - Join the team at Golf WA to practice your swing on a giant inflatable target.

📚 Library activities – Chill-out spaces and activities for all abilities including face painters, sensory zones and library activities. 
🛠️ Make-It Space showcase – Discover what’s possible when creativity meets technology.
🎶 Youth buskers and live music – Enjoy live performances from talented young musicians.
🚒 Emergency service activities – Get up close with local emergency services and learn more about what they do.
🎈 Inflatables – Because no festival is complete without them.

Getting there

🚌 Free event bus transport - pick-up points in Dalyellup, Bunbury, Australind and Burekup to and from the event.
