Roadworks: Harris Road and Golding Crescent

HARRIS ROAD

Users of Harris Road will encounter roadworks and traffic management in the area from this week as both the Shire of Dardanup and South West Gateway Alliance working on the Bunbury Outer Ring Road complete works.

The Shire of Dardanup is reconstructing and widening a section of Harris Road which will include a sealed shoulder for cyclists.

The works will be undertaken in three sections with completion expected in early February, 2022:

  • Shire boundary to the railway crossing in front of Wren Oils
  • The railway crossing to Kerr Road
  • Kerr Road to the Phoenix Fuel drive way

Each section will be closed and detours will be in place, however local traffic will be allowed through the works as required.

The Shire of Dardanup appreciates your patience during this period and suggests where possible, to plan an alternative route.

GOLDING CRESCENT

In addition South West Gateway Alliance has temporarily closed a section of nearby Golding Crescent between Martin Pelusey Road and Nicholson Road to allow for construction of a future interchange.

Access will be maintained using surrounding roads. For enquiries about this project please phone 138 130 or email enquiries@mainroads.wa.gov.au
