The Shire of Dardanup would like to advise the community of closures and changes to operations for the ANZAC Day public holiday on Monday, 27 April 2026.

Community members will have an opportunity to meet with mining company Talison Lithium and representatives from the South West Development Commission regarding a proposal to recommission the Greenbushes to Bunbury Railway Line.
The rail line hasn’t been used for more than 15 years however a $6.6 million feasibility study has been funded by the State Government and Talison Lithium to investigate the possibility, acknowledging potential growth in the lithium industry and the opportunity to reduce the number of trucks using South Western Highway.
The meeting will be held at 6.00pm on 20 September at the Dardanup Hall.
All are welcome to attend and no bookings are required.
