Call for Nominations: Local Government Election

The Shire of Dardanup is holding an Ordinary Postal Election on Saturday, 18 October 2025.

We’re calling on passionate locals to nominate for the following vacancies:

  • 5 Councillor positions – 4-year terms
  • 1 Councillor position – 2-year term

Nominations open: Thursday, 28 August 2025
Nominations close: 4pm, Thursday, 4 September 2025

Lodge your nomination at the Shire of Dardanup, 1 Council Drive, Eaton.

To nominate, you’ll need:

  • Completed nomination form (via Nomination Builder: Complete form here
  • A profile (max 1,000 characters).
  • $100 deposit.
  • Proof of completing the Local Government Candidate Induction.
  • Optional: photo and additional statement (max 2,000 characters.)
