Get started with Cricut - Permanent Vinyl on Mug or Jar

New to Cricut? New to the Make-It Space? Come and learn the basics of cutting, weeding and using tranfser tape to make a personalised mug, jar, tumbler or water bottle.

Corenne from Fairy Threads and Tales will guide you through all the basic steps of using the Make-It Space Cricut machines and give you tips and tricks along the way.

Mugs will be provided or you may have something at home just waiting for you to add that personal touch. Please note, vessels with textured or uneven surfaces are not suitable.

A selection of .svg designs will be available or you can bring your own .svg file on a USB. Get in touch if you have any questions at all.

This workshop is open to Make-It Space members, 14+. Not a member? No problem, simply visit us during opening hours to join. It's FREE!

  • All materials and equipment* provided
  • Design options are provided or you may bring an .svg file of your chosen design
  • Single colour permanent adhesive vinyl only
  • Cricut Design Space account optional

*The Make-It Space has 2 Cricut machines, participants will be sharing computers and Cricut machines with others for this workshop.
