APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL - EATON PADEL BALL COURT FACILITY
LOT 510 PRATT ROAD EATON

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Dardanup has received an application for development approval for a proposed Padel Ball Court Facility at Lot 510 Pratt Road, Eaton. Public comments are invited.
The proposal includes four (4) enclosed courts, equipment shed, shading structure and 3.3m high colourbond wall with proposed vertical landscaping. The applicant includes the following:
- Development Plan and elevations (including noise attenuation development),
- Traffic Impact Statement,
- Environmental Noise Assessment,
- 3D Render and
- Proposal overview.
Plans and proposal documents may be viewed at Council Offices – 3 Little Street, Dardanup and 1 Council Drive, Eaton or on the Shire’s website at: https://www.dardanup.wa.gov.au/publicnotices/
Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending on 4.00pm on 14 October 2026. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that day.
Comments on the proposal should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and submitted in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Dardanup, PO Box 7016, EATON WA 6232 or via email to records@dardanup.wa.gov.au.
When making a submission please be aware that your name and address details may be included in a Council report which is available to the public. Please also note that submissions may be subject to applications for access under the Freedom of Information Act 1992.
