Revised Parkridge plan – WAPC wants your feedback

Published on Wednesday, 9 April 2025 at 9:47:13 PM

The Western Australian Planning Commission is reconsidering amendment one to the Parkridge Estate Structure Plan – have your say on the updated proposal now open for public feedback.

In 2023, the Shire received a proposed amendment to the approved Parkridge Estate Structure Plan in Eaton.

The proposal, which included changes to public open space, residential density and access roads, was advertised for public consultation before Council recommended that the WA Planning Commission (WAPC) refuse the amendment. In 2024, the amendment was refused by the WAPC.

The WAPC’s decision has been appealed at the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT), and WAPC has been invited to reconsider its decision based on further modifications to the plan.

You’re invited to have your say on the new version of the plan, with updates to open space, lot layout and road connections. Feedback is open to everyone.
