The Shire of Dardanup will start road improvement works on Ironstone Road from Tuesday, 29 September 2026, to help maintain a safe and reliable road network.

The works will include widening approximately 240 metres of Ironstone Road to a 5.5-metre-wide sealed road.

Works will include preparation and widening of the existing road formation, construction of additional road pavement, drainage and earthworks, and spray sealing of the completed road surface.

The works are expected to take approximately 3 weeks, weather and site conditions permitting.

Traffic management will be in place throughout the works. Residents and road users may experience delays and temporary changes to traffic conditions while works are underway.

Please follow all traffic management directions and allow extra travel time while works are underway.
