Community invited to shape future of Watson Reserve

The Shire of Dardanup is calling on the community to have their say as it reviews the Watson Reserve Master Plan.

First adopted in 2021, the Master Plan set a long-term vision for the popular Eaton reserve following extensive community consultation. The review will ensure the plan remains aligned with current community priorities and future needs.

Shire President Cr Tyrrell Gardiner said Watson Reserve continues to be one of the area’s most valued community spaces.

“Watson Reserve is a much-loved destination for local families, visitors and sporting groups, and it plays an important role in community life,” Cr Gardiner said.

“This review is an opportunity for us to check in with our community and make sure we are planning for the future in a way that reflects how people want to use and enjoy the space.”

Cr Gardiner encouraged anyone who has visited the reserve to take part in the survey.

“We want to hear from as many people as possible, whether you’re a regular user or visit occasionally. Your feedback will help us prioritise improvements and guide how the reserve evolves over time.

“It’s a quick survey, but the insights we gain will be incredibly valuable in shaping an outcome that meets the needs of our growing community.”

The survey takes around 10-15 minutes to complete and is open until 4pm, Monday, 15 June 2026.
