This program focuses on practical, low-cost ways to grow food at home, improve soil health, and build resilient backyard gardens. Throughout the year, participants will learn how to establish productive veggie patches, grow high-value crops suited to local conditions, recycle nutrients through simple composting systems, and expand their gardens using propagation techniques.
Designed for beginners and experienced gardeners alike, the program supports cost-of-living resilience while empowering participants to create healthy, productive gardens that continue to thrive over time.

Wink runs an Edible Garden Design and Consultancy Business, Aquila FoodForest. With a Degree in Sustainable Development and decades of experience in Ecosystem Management, her focus is on building resilience. She is a passionate Workshop Facilitator aiming to empower others and cultivate healthy communities. As a long-term Organic gardener and Permaculture Designer she brings extensive experience, practical solutions and infectious enthusiasm.
