Monday, 9 November | 10am-12pm | Eaton Community Hive
Dementia Morning Tea at Eaton Community Hive, delivered in partnership with Dementia Carers Support Group and Eaton CWA. Participants will receive information, dementia activities, lunch and resources to support living with dementia.
Tuesday, 10 November | 10.30am-1pm | Dardanup Wells Recreation Pavilion
Think Outside the Box will provide practical information on end-of-life planning, including wills and funeral planning, complemented by chair yoga, a catered lunch, and health information stalls at Dardanup Wells Pavilion
Tuesday, 10 November | 1pm-2pm | Dardanup Wells Recreation Pavilion
Enjoy a gentle chair yoga session designed to improve relaxation, flexibility and muscle strength. Suitable for a range of abilities, this welcoming class offers an easy and accessible way to move your body and enjoy the benefits of yoga.
Wednesday, 11 November | 9.30am-12pm | Burekup Country Club
Burekup Hall will host a guided water colour paint and sip workshop followed by lunch in partnership with Burekup CWA.
Thursday, 12 November | 11am-1pm | Eaton Library
Eaton Library will host Cards and Cake, bringing together local organisations to provide informal conversations and information on ageing, health, wellbeing, and community services in a friendly card playing activity.
Friday, 13 November | 10am-12pm | Bethanie Fields Eaton
The week concludes at Bethanie Fields with a Live Lighter healthy cooking workshop delivered by Cancer Council WA, showcasing nutritious, affordable recipes and practical cooking tips to support healthy ageing.
