🐾 Paws and Pages – Read, Relax, and Meet a Furry Friend!

Paws and Pages, proudly delivered in partnership with Diverse Tales, brings a joyful reading experience to children who love stories, dogs, or both! Once a month, kids can settle in for a cosy 15‑minute one‑on‑one reading session with a trained assistance dog and their handler.

Our furry reading buddies from Diverse Tales are calm, gentle, and amazing listeners—perfect for children who are building reading confidence, feeling a little shy, or learning to feel comfortable around dogs. With no pressure and plenty of tail wags, kids can read at their own pace in a relaxed and welcoming space.

Whether your child wants to grow their reading confidence, overcome nerves, or simply enjoy a unique library adventure, Paws and Pages offers encouragement wrapped in soft fur and friendly snuggles.
