About the role:
Eaton Recreation Centre (ERC) is growing, and we're looking for multiple passionate Fitness Coaches to join our team in permanent part-time positions.

About the role:
Due to the split-shift nature of our fitness operations, we are recruiting for multiple part-time Fitness Coach positions, working between 25 and 40 hours per fortnight. The roster will operate across Monday to Saturday, including a combination of early morning (5.30am -10.30am) and evening (2.30pm-7.30pm) shifts and Saturdays (8.00am-11am).
As a Fitness Coach, you'll be responsible for:
- Supervising and engaging with members on the gym floor.
- Conducting fitness consultations, appraisals and body composition scans.
- Designing tailored exercise programs and reviewing member progress.
- Providing advice, motivation and support to members on their fitness journey.
- Delivering small group training sessions and fitness initiatives.
- Maintaining high presentation, cleanliness and safety standards throughout the fitness centre.
- Promoting ERC's fitness services, programs and community initiatives.

Essential requirements:
- Certificate III in Fitness.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- National Police Clearance.
- Availability to work flexible hours across Monday to Saturday, including early mornings and evenings.
