PAY YOUR RATES
This page provides information about the various payment methods you can use to pay your rates.
Online or phone via Credit Card
Use our online payment system to pay directly to the Shire using your credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa only.Or: Ratepayers can call our 24-hour secure payment line on 1300 661 144. Please note only Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted, with a limit of $10,000 per day.
BPAY
If your financial institution is registered with BPay, you can make payment directly from your cheque. Savings or credit card account.

Payment Reference Number can be found on the payment method section at the bottom of the rate notice. Or contact the Rating Department on 9724 0371.
Australia Post
Payments can be made at any Australia Post branch by cash, cheque or debit card. You can use the barcode on your rates notice to assist in payment.
Direct Debit
To make a Direct Debit Arrangement you are require complete the application form below. Once completed then please send the form to the Shire by email at rates@dardanup.wa.gov.au or by post to PO Box 7016, EATON WA 6232 for consideration.
Please note any approved payment proposal will be subject to various terms and conditions, including a $42.00 arrangement fee and continued overdue interest accrual.
