This form is to be used to relay and collect all relevant documents from selected Stallholders and suppliers for the Shire of Dardanup's 2022 EnLighten EventPlease ensure that you are providing us with the most updated documents and information. Event times are from 6.30pm - 9.30pm, all stallholders will be welcome to arrive at any time from 4.00pm and must remain in place for the entire duration of the event. Vehicle movement on the reserve is strictly prohibited between 5.45pm and 9:45pm for safety reasons.
Please note you are required to uphold the below OHS responsibilities:> Provide the Shire of Dardanup with all appropriate OHS documents - as requested > Electricity connections – leads must be tagged and weatherproof and away from public traffic areas. > Ensure that all goods/equipment use is safe and meets relevant safety standards and requirements.> All staff have appropriate qualifications and training to complete work.> All staff have access and requested to wear appropriate industry-standard PPE.> Beware of any areas of risk and ensure areas remain safe at all times.
My Team and I are aware of current COVID-19 Standards and will do our best to comply with current COVID-19 Guidelines : > Don't attend the event if you are unwell > Maintain respiratory etiquette (e.g. sneezing, coughing into elbow) > Good hand hygiene through frequent washing or use hand sanitizer. > Let Shire of Dardanup staff member know immediately of any potential risks
