2026 YouthFest - Stallholder form

The event starts at 10.00am and concludes at 2.00pm. Access to the event site will close at 9:30am sharp and no vehicle movement will be permitted after this time. During event hours, all vehicles and stallholders must remain in place until 2.15pm or otherwise directed by event staff.
Vehicle Movement
Is your stall self -sufficient? Please note that there will be no access to power and tablecloths are not provided for you. You will be required to bring your own tablecloth to fit in your allocated stall. If you require more assistance please contact the events team.

Please note you are required to uphold the below OHS responsibilities:
> All stall holders are responsible for their area to be kept tidy and free of trip hazards.
> Stallholders to provide the Shire of Dardanup with all appropriate OHS documents - where requested/required.
> Ensure that all goods/equipment used is safe and meets relevant safety standards and requirements.
> Please note that stall holders under the age of 18 should have a parent/guardian available to assist them at the event. Stall holders under the age of 18 should not be left on their own for the duration of the event.
> Stallholders are required to report any incidents, hazards and safety concerns at the event directly to event staff immediately.

Occupational Health and Safety responsibilities. This means that you will be directed and assisted where possible by Shire staff to ensure that your stall area is safe for the general public to move around.

As part of ensuring safety to stallholders and patrons and staff at the event, we require you to comply with current COVID-19 and sickness guidelines:
> Don't attend the event if you are unwell.
> Maintain respiratory etiquette (e.g. sneezing, coughing into elbow)
> Good hand hygiene through frequent washing or use hand sanitizer.
> Let Shire of Dardanup staff member know immediately of any potential risks
