NextGen Skills Week is designed to help you crush life after school with a week full of interactive, hands-on workshops. Whether you want to master everyday essentials, explore career pathways, or dive into new creative and tech skills, this program has something for you.

Try a Trade - Carpentry, Bricklaying and Plumbing

Eaton Trade Centre (Located next to ECC)
Get your hands dirty! You’ll learn the basics from industry professionals, try out some practical skills, and discover what a career in the building industry could look like.

Turn your phone into your camera! Learn simple tips and tricks to take better photos, get creative and see what you can capture with the phone in your pocket.

Important information:
Attire - Students must wear steel-cap boots and work pants/trousers suitable for getting dirty. Safety PPE will be provided.
Representative - A representative must accompany students for the full duration of the program each day.
Numbers/Capacity - The program has been allocated a minimum of 10 and maximum of 16 students.
Catering - Will be provided by the Shire of Dardanup.
