The opportunity:
- Full-time.
- Level 6 – salary range $85,507-$91,556 per annum* dependent on skills and experience.
- Located at our Eaton Administration Centre.

Join the Shire of Dardanup’s Communications and Marketing team and play a key role in shaping how we connect with our growing community across services, programs, facilities and events.
You will lead marketing activities from planning through to delivery and evaluation, contributing ideas and insights that strengthen performance and outcomes.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will partner with teams including the Eaton Recreation Centre, Libraries and Make-It Space, while delivering marketing and promotional initiatives for the Shire.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate marketing activities and contribute ideas to improve outcomes.
- Create and manage engaging content across social media, web, email and digital campaigns.
- Design high-quality promotional materials and campaign assets.
- Develop and manage advertising across the Shire’s monthly advertorial and other channels.
- Partner with internal teams to plan and deliver marketing activities that support their services and initiatives.
- Contribute to community engagement activities and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve outcomes.
About you:
- Experience in marketing, communications or a similar role.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills across digital and print.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Local government experience is desirable, but not essential.
