The opportunity:

• Full-time opportunity – 9 day fortnight
• Level 4 - $39.9628 per hour
• Located at the Shire of Dardanup Depot, Waterloo WA

The Shire is seeking a self-motivated individual who has had previous experience in road and drainage maintenance. Plant operation is a key component of the position, and a knowledge of road construction would be beneficial.  Shire Works staff are rotated through positions to create a broad knowledge base and create variety.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience in civil construction, concreting, bitumen works, drainage and footpath maintenance;
• Plant operation competencies;
• HR Licence, White Card, Traffic Management, Chainsaw Operator and First Aid qualifications desirable; and
• A strong commitment to Work Health and Safety practices.
