  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in service delivery, operational efficiency and the customer journey.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive and community-focused environment that supports our mission of "Everyone Active, Moving More, Living More."

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in facility operations, venue management, customer service management or recreation centre operations.
  • Proven experience leading and coordinating diverse operational teams in a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience in rostering, workforce coordination, performance management and staff development.
  • Experience coordinating building maintenance, contractor management and operational facility services.
  • Strong administration skills, including reporting, records management, purchasing and invoice processing.
  • A demonstrated ability to identify, implement and monitor process improvements and service delivery initiatives.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering "Exceptional Service, Every Customer, Every Interaction."
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operational demands.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, initiative and sound decision-making skills.
