Join the Shire of Dardanup, a progressive and forward-thinking local government, in a pivotal role supporting our Chief Executive Officer and Shire President. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support at the heart of our organisation.

 About the role:

As Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Manage the Office of the CEO and Shire President with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, and priorities for senior leadership.
  • Prepare executive documentation, reports, and briefing notes.
  • Support civic functions, statutory duties, and community engagement activities.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and maintain accurate records in compliance with legislation.

 What we’re looking for:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies or extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level computer proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and exercise discretion.

 Experience in Local Government will be highly regarded.
