A library can change lives. Lead the spaces that make it happen.

Our library isn’t just a place for books — it’s a place for connection, curiosity, creativity and belonging. It’s where children discover stories, adults build skills, ideas are shared, and community grows.

We’re looking for a Coordinator – Library Services who genuinely believes in the power of libraries and creative spaces to enrich people’s lives.

This has been a challenging role to fill, so we’re being very clear about what matters most to us:

If you’re an experienced library or community services professional who leads with heart, values collaboration, and wants to make a meaningful difference every day — we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

As the Coordinator – Library Services, you will lead and coordinate contemporary library services across Eaton and Dardanup, including responsibility for the Mick Bennett Make-It Space.
