You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and vendors to analyse business processes, define requirements and support the delivery of fit‑for‑purpose digital solutions that improve how we work and how we serve our community.
What you’ll do:
- Elicit, analyse and document business and system requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
- Undertake current‑state, gap and impact analysis to inform solution design and implementation.
- Analyse and map business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
- Support solution design, configuration and verification of ERP and associated systems.
- Develop and execute test cases, UAT scripts and acceptance criteria.
- Support training, documentation, go‑live activities and knowledge transfer.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation and contribute to project reporting and workshops.

- Has strong analytical, problem‑solving and written communication skills.
- Is comfortable managing competing priorities while working with a high degree of autonomy.
Experience with ERP or enterprise system implementations, local government or the public sector, and formal BA qualifications will be well regarded but are not essential for the right person.
What’s on offer:
- Flexible, hybrid work arrangements that support work-life balance.
- Monthly RDO or 9 day fortnight for full-time employees.
- Superannuation co-contributions.
