TransBunbury proposed service change

Operator of bus transport in the Bunbury Geographe area TransBunbury is proposing changes to its services from April 29, to take advantage of the new travel route provided by the Treendale Bridge.

The Public Transport Authority is inviting feedback from the community to discuss the proposed service changes.

TransBunbury representatives will be available at:

Thursday, March 15
9.00am to 1.00pm opposite Woolworths

The consultation period will be open until March 29.

A summary of the changes include:

  • Proposed time changes and route alteration to Route 845, including an extension to Kingston Estate.
  • Proposed time changes and route alteration to route 844, including an extension to Millbridge Estate.
  • Proposed time changes and route alteration to Route 841, including the deletion of the service operating to Kingston Estate.
  • Proposed minor timetable changes to Routes 825, 826, 827, 828, 829, 830, 832, 842 and 843.

It is expected that the proposed changes will result in better connections for services and allocation of resources where they provide most benefit to the community.
