Quick Response business grants to help stimulate economy

Small Businesses operating within the Shire of Dardanup can now apply for a Council grant of up to $2,500 to help with the cost of things like marketing or new equipment under a new post Covid-19 economic stimulus strategy.

At its meeting last week, Council agreed to re-direct $20,000 left in its 2019/20 Community Grants Fund to a Small Business Quick Response Grant scheme.
A new round of Community Grants for 2020/21 will open in July, however this fund does not aim to support businesses.

Applications from small businesses employing up to 19 people are open until June 16 and can be made by completing and submitting this Application Form.

Please read the application form carefully as it contains eligibility criteria and more detail on the application process.

Applications will be assessed by an internal panel chaired by Shire of Dardanup Director Sustainable Development Susan Oosthuizen.

Funds will be allocated to the successful small businesses by 30 June, 2020.
