Lost Children

If you are concerned about losing your child/ren at the event, please visit the Shire of Dardanup information tent to collect a lost children wristband. A staff member at the tent will provide you with a coloured wristband, which you can write your mobile number on in case your child gets lost. If your child is lost, we can use the number to contact you.

Event Photography

There will be an event volunteer taking photographs at the event – photographs are used for Shire promotional material and can be found on the Shire event Facebook page. Please let the photographer know if you do not wish for your photo to be taken. If you would like to view and download your photo it will be posted on the event Facebook page a few days after the event.

Event Parking

Disabled and regular parking is available at the Eaton Foreshore. Keep an eye out for our parking marshal and signage directing you to overflow parking in the reserve alongside the Eaton Hall on Pratt Road, opposite the event. There is also ample parking across from the Eaton Bowling Club on Pratt Road - a short 2-minute walk to the event. For safety reasons, please avoid parking along Pratt Road.

The health and safety of all visitors remains the Shire’s number one priority. We will continue to ensure the outdoor event complies with all State Government directives concerning COVID-19. While at the event, we ask that you practice Good hand hygiene and physical distancing when moving around the event. To support this, we have hand sanitiser stations located throughout the event venue for you to utilise.
