Hey Burekup: We’d like you to just THINK!


What will the future of your town look like? Who will live there? What types of facilities will they need? What’s important to them?

The Shire of Dardanup is preparing a Burekup Community Facilities Plan, a blueprint to guide development of future facilities in the town.  Things like buildings, roads, recreation facilities, public art, paths, signage, lighting, tourism amenities, green spaces, trails and streetscapes.

To help develop this plan, we need you to JUST THINK and then tell us what’s important to you by completing the Community Survey.

What facilities do you currently use? What could be improved? What do you believe will be needed in the future?

We are seeking input from Burekup residents and people living nearby who access the town for schooling, recreation, business or other purposes. Community groups, organisations and other stakeholders will also be interviewed for their input.  Once initial responses are gathered, a community meeting will be held in October 2019 to discuss outcomes and guide the development of the final Plan.

Complete the survey online or collect a hard copy from the Administration Centre, Eaton, Dardanup Office, Eaton Library or Burekup General Store.
