Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body.
Graceful and controlled with a focus on breathing and movement, Tai Chi is perfect for people of all fitness levels and ages.
In this beginners class you will be guided through the philosophy of Tai Chi, learn about the benefits and begin to practice some moves.
This session will be suitable for all ages and abilities and no previous experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for a 5:30pm start.
WHAT TO BRING: Hat, sunscreen and a water bottle.
