Mindfulness is the ability to being present and fully engaged with whatever we’re doing at the moment. It’s the art of being free from distraction or judgment and being fully aware of our thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them.
During this session Jacqueline from Develop U will give you a intro to mindfulness, mindfulness and breathing techniques as well as explain the benefits of mindfulness.
