Join Tayla from Maximum Results as she discusses the importance of exercise and how to remain active no matter your age or mobility.

Exercise is highly important as you age to:

• Maintain/increase your bone strength
• Increase your balance and stability to reduce our risk of falls
• Keep your muscles strong to increase your ability to perform your activities of daily living
and remain independent in your own home.

This session you will be completing a range of exercises that can be completed anywhere without the use of fancy equipment, which means anyone is able to perform these in their own home. There will be a range of difficulkties to suit all fitness levels.

Chairs will be provided if you wish to only participant in some aspects of the session.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink bottle.
