This workshop is held as part of Seniors Celebration Day Event 2020.
Come along and get involved in our tai chi workshop. This ancient form of martial arts has immense benefits for both mind and body and is perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
This is a gently beginners standing session and will take place standing on the lawn in front of the hall (pending weather).
Please bring a water bottle, hat and wear comfortable clothing.
