Join Betty McCleary as she demonstrations the benefits of Nordic Walking. It is a great way to stay active and healthy while enjoying the outdoors.

Nordic Walking uses poles along with technique to engage your muscles from head to toe, which makes for a which makes for a very effective aerobic activity. It is easier than regular walking and a perfect way to enjoy the amazing scenery our region as to offer.

Please bring a water bottle, hat and wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
