Learn this gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Yoga can help slow down the ageing process by maintaining muscle softness and flexibility, keeping the mind alert and awake, encouraging relaxation and strengthening muscles and joints.

All  equipment provided. Please wear comfortable clothes.
