We can’t wait to welcome you back to the Eaton Foreshore to celebrate the last day of National Children’s Week. 

The Tronox Spring Out Festival, promises to be jam-packed full of FREE activities, engaging experiences and other event features designed to support children and families to create, connect, learn and play more.

Free Experiences

  • Carey Park Scouts –  Giant Inflatable
  • Dodgeball Arena
  • Demos and Workshops with X5 Free Run – Parkour and more
  • Early year's services - sensory play, obstacle course, spring craft, facepainting and more 
  • Eaton Library - Tent of Wonderland
  • Meet your local emergency services team from WA Police, Eaton Volunteer Fire and Rescue and check out their active vehicles
  • Stories of the Collie River told by Elder Jo Northover
  • Fremantle Dockers Fans and Community footy experience 

Food/Drink

Make sure you come with an appetite for some delicious food and drink so you can support our participating local businesses such as:

  • Sausage sizzle - Glen Huon Primary School P&C
  • Bunsen Burger
  • Miam Miam A Bite France - Crepes 
  • Ice-cream van
  • Coffee van
  • More to be announced!

Lost Children

If you are concerned about losing your child/ren at the event, please visit the Shire of Dardanup information tent to collect a lost children wristband.

A staff member at the tent will provide you with a coloured wristband, which you can write your mobile number on in case your child gets lost.

If your child is lost, we can use the number to contact you.

Event Photography

There will be an event volunteer taking photographs at the event – photographs are used for Shire promotional material and can be found on the Shire event Facebook page.

Please let the photographer know if you do not wish for your photo to be taken. If you would like to view and download your photo it will be posted on the event Facebook page a few days after the event.

Event Parking

Disabled and regular parking is available at the Eaton Foreshore. Keep an eye out for our parking marshal and signage directing you to overflow parking in the reserve alongside the Eaton Hall on Pratt Road, opposite the event. There is also ample parking across from the Eaton Bowling Club on Pratt Road - a short 2-minute walk to the event. For safety reasons, please avoid parking along Pratt Road.

COVID-19

The health and safety of all visitors remains the Shire’s number one priority. We will continue to ensure the outdoor event complies with all State Government directives concerning COVID-19.

While at the event, we ask that you practice:

  • Good hand hygiene
  • Physical distancing when moving around the event

To support this, we have hand sanitiser stations located throughout the event venue for you to utilise.
