PUBLIC NOTICE

ANNUAL ELECTORS MEETING

Public notice is hereby given that the Shire of Dardanup Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 9^th December 2009 commencing at 7.00pm at the Burekup Hall, Burekup.

The Order of Business will be:

·        Confirmation of Minutes 2008

·        To receive the contents of the Annual Report for the 2008/2009 financial year.

·        Questions from the Public.

Questions from the public should be in written form and received at the Shire Office no later than 4pm, Monday 30^th November. All other questions will be at the President’s discretion.

Copies of the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2009 are available at the Burekup Post Office and the Offices of the Council prior to and after the meeting.  A copy of the Annual Report can also be viewed at www.dardanup.wa.gov.au.
